Common questions

The fine print, plainly.

What counts as an 'active member'?

Anyone who's RSVP'd yes to one of your events in the last 90 days. We don't charge for the people on your list who never show up.

Do attendees have to pay to RSVP?

Never. The attendee Plus tier is optional — Basic is free forever and lets anyone RSVP to anything.

What about payment processing fees?

Card processing takes the standard rate (about 2.9% + 30¢) on paid tickets and dues. mink's ticket/dues fee is on top of that — we don't mark up processing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. We don't lock you in. If you cancel a paid plan, your group rolls back to the free tier at the end of the billing cycle — no lost events, no data wiped.

Plans are independent — keep one, both, or neither. Prices exclude tax; Stripe calculates US state sales tax and Canadian GST/HST/PST/QST at checkout. Cancel anytime.
