Versioned waiver text, e-signed at registration, with a validity clock (365 days by default) that prompts renewal. Unsigned members are blocked from joining server-side — not just hidden in the UI.
Emergency contact, relationship, medical conditions, blood type, and dietary restrictions collected on each hike's registration. Organisers get a day-of roster view and a CSV export for whoever leads the hike.
